He is survived by: his mother Carol Bode; his wife Marilyn Applegate (Prim) of Cody, WY; his children, Ben (Carley) of Casper, WY, Bruce (Shawna) of Sunrise, FL and Julie (Mike) of Bridger, MT; and his sisters, Sharon and Vicky Higdem. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
