He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dorothy and Jerry; his father-in-law Elmer Collar; and his niece Anna Collar. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Collar; his children, Jason Baggs (Nicole), Jessica McDonald (Mike), Justin Baggs and John Baggs (Kim); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kaden, Taylor, Lance and Ellie Jo; his brothers, Winston (Katie) of Las Vegas and Bob of May; his sister-in-law Carlotta of Laverne, OK; his mother-in-law Mary "Tiny" Collar of Powell; his siblings-in-law, Bill Collar (Karen), Randy Collar (Cathy) and Marcia Ray (Mike) of Wapiti; and his uncle Wade.
