She is survived by: her husband Larry of Cody; her sister Mary Gay; and her brother-in-law Virgil Crawford of Hudson, WY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers or plants, the family kindly requests donations be sent to Park County Animal Shelter in Cody, WY a foundation that Annette supported.
