He is survived by: his brothers, Jeff Higgs (Brenda), Mike Higgs (Tanya) and Calvin Jones (Rebecca); his nieces, Cheyanne Higgs (David Bright) and Maddie Higgs; and his family Shelly Wright (family: Gaga).
