He was predeceased by: his wife Daquiri Barnes; and his son William Barnes Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Christine Couch; his daughters, Lillian Barnes-Smith and Angelique Barnes; his children-in-law, Kimberly Barnes and David Smith; and his siblings, Annette Barnes, Ronnie Barnes, Janet Barnes-Brown and Randy Barnes. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the American Legion Post 6 (2001 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001).
