He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Gafford; his parents, Hazel Gafford and Robert W. Gafford; and his brother Robert D. Gafford. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Gafford, Michele Gautreau, Belinda Brown and Brian Gafford; his children-in-law, Greg Gautreau, Sidney Brown and Karen Gafford; his grandchildren, Tyler Gautreau, Taylor Gautreau, Olivia Gafford, Micheal Brown, Cody Brown, Brianna Kalb, Hunter Brown, Cooper Gafford and Beaux Gafford; and his great grandchildren, Brody Gafford, Emery, Cora Brown, Dax Kalb and Brooke Gautreau. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home (2222 Russell Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Cheyenne National Cemetery (8611 Hildreth Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
