He is survived by: his wife Jo Shelley; his brothers, Keith Shelley (Helen) of Pennsylvania, Jack Shelley (Heidi) of Tallahassee and James Shelley of Tequesta, Florida; his daughters, Peggy Eckert (Rob) of Kadoka, Valerie Shelley of Corvalis and Brenda DeJersey (Ken) of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, Anthony Fisher (Kinsey) of Temple, Sabrina Granum (Bill) of Sheridan and Grant Befus (Chrissy) of Illif, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Emma, Jackson of Temple, Chloe, Liam, Aiden of Sheridan, Cutter and Kirby of Iliff; his nephew Greg Shelley (Kelly) of Tallahassee, Florida; and his close friend Pat Merritt.
