He is survived by: his wife Sylvania Rodriguez of Cheyenne; his sons, Scott of Cheyenne and Stephen of Denver; his brothers, Benjamin of Cheyenne and Robert Rodriguez of Cheyenne; and also Richard Carey of Los Angeles, California..
A vigil service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Cathedral (2107 Capitol Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001).
