We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Robert Leslie Carter of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Roanoke, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Carter and Dora Carter; his siblings, Edward, Hugh, Mary Francis and Nellie May; and his great grandchild Makaili Evans.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Carter; and his children, Marilyn Bellis (Joe), Brenda Roberts (Ron) and David Carter (Erica). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
