He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Lee Wagner; and his cousins, Johnny Cagle, Richard and Joanne Weinmeister. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Jo Manzanares (Jim) and Bret Wagner (Teresa); his grandsons, Thaddeus Manzanares (Melissa) and Shaun Manzanares (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Aiden and Alexander Manzanares; and his cousin Dorthy Cagle.
Bob's dedication to his field was recognized by the US Department of the Interior, which awarded him for his outstanding contributions to the Bureau of Land Management and Soil Conservation Service National Range Handbook.
