He is survived by: his wife Vivian Bennington; his son Mike Bennington (Wendy) of Loveland, CO; his grandchildren, Wes, Kayla of Loveland, CO, Brian Bennington (Ann) of Holland Landing and Dale Wilkins; his nephews, Tim Calabrese (Lauren) of Dallas, TX, Jon Calabrese (Chel) of Dallas, TX, Ken (Kim) of Bloomington, IN and Ben (Sara) of Bloomington, IN; his stepbrother Bill Jackson (Meisy); and his nephew Bret Jackson. He is also survived by children, and numerous grand-nephews and nieces.
