She was predeceased by: her parents, Buck Hobbs and Mary Hobbs; and her husband Neal Badgley. She is survived by: her sister Norma Jean Fogg of Cheyenne; her children, Caroline Poelma (Mike) of Carpenter and Kenneth Badgley (Brenda) of Cheyenne; and her grandchildren, Kendall Badgley (Rebecca), Kyle Badgley (Ashley), Patrick Poelma (Stephanie) of Tunkhannock, PA, Pamela Downing, Eric Poelma (Jessica Pastoriza) and Jonathan Downing. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and four nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
