He was predeceased by: his son Brian Hendricks; and his parents, Clarance Hendricks and Beatrice Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Pam Hendricks; his daughter Kimberly Lamb (Gregg); his siblings, Cheryl Wilson, Tim Hendricks and Nancy Mauk (Reg); and his granddaughter Kodi Paige Lamb. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
