He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Melinda Churchill (Marshall) and Matthew Hurt (Alysiah Jack); his grandchildren, Declan and Ariah; his siblings, James Hurt and Kathleen Malta; his nephews, Jon Malta and Joshua Hurt; and his mother-in-law Christine Powers. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
