He is survived by: his fiancé Charlyne Horton; his children, Fox and Pyke DeSantis; his parents, Tina DeSantis and Dennis DeSantis; his sister Amy "AJ" Runyan (Joshua); his grandmothers, Sylvia Smathers Estes and Willabelle DeSantis; his nephew Josiah Proctor; and his close friend Bryan Gentry (Kerri). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
