“I am so sad to see your dad’s obituary today. He, and his name, is synonymous with Cheyenne, Wyoming! He did so much for our community where I’ve lived and loved my entire life. I want to share a memory that, I feel, simply encompasses who your dad was. I was in McDonald’s one day (several years ago), a young family had ordered and “dad” was digging in his pockets to pay. Your dad reached over and paid the bill. It brought tears to my eyes then, it brings tears to my eyes now as I remember him!”
