He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Annie Fermelia, Matt and Betty O'Black. He is survived by: his fiancé Andrea Verosky; his children, Austin Fermelia (Anissa) and AuriElle Fermelia (Cameron Mordhorst); his parents, Arthur Fermelia and Ruth Fermelia; and his siblings, Rick Fermelia (Shannon) and Sue Fermelia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
