He was predeceased by: his parents, Teodocio Sr. Lucero and Andrea Lucero (Gonzales); and his wife Cleo Rivera. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Moreland (Brian), Sandra Johnson (Bob), Steve Lucero (Lorraine), Isabel Waddell (Bob) and Doris Hauf (Brett); and his siblings, Gloria, Maggie, Jim and Arnold. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
