He is survived by: his wife Ellen Joyce Halley; his children, Abigail Joyce Halley, Tracy Lynn Halley and Andrew Wayne Halley; his siblings, Christine Hollomon (Larry), Janice Reavis, Ed Halley (Debbie), Bill Halley, Jr. (Brenda) and Chuck Wood (Theresa); and his grandchildren, Kaila and James.
