He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Eickbush, Sr. and J. Pearl O'Hare Eickbush; his grandparents, James, Alice O'Hare, Andrew and Alicia Eickbush; his aunts and uncles, Virgil O'Hare, Leslie O'Hare, Melvin (Wanda O'Hare), Jack (Karolee O'Hare), Dutch (Eunice Eickbush), Robert (Ruby Eickbush), Victor (Ruth Eickbush), George (Dixie Eickbush), Karl (Doris Eickbush), Fredrick (Marcella Eickbush), Andrew Eickbush and Tommy Eickbush; his sister-in-law Dora Eickbush; and his great-niece Dallas House.

He is survived by: his children, Shad Eickbush (Debbie) and Shareen Muldrow (Mel Muldrow); his former wife Jane Eickbush (Barry Strohbehn); his grandchildren, Ryan Eickbush (Jenny), William Gamble and Nicole Gamble; his siblings, John Eickbush, Jr., Bonny Sutter (Ray) and Kathy Cannan (Marty); his nieces and nephews, Tonya Goodman (Jed), Cyndy Vogele, Naomi Loomis (Cody), Lorraine Lovato (Rob), Sharleen Johnson (Paul), Cory House, Ed Messer (Mona) and Peter Eickbush; and his aunts, Alma O'Hare, Virginia O'Hare and Virginia Sheets.
