He is survived by: his children, Erin Sutter (Jeff) of Cheyenne and David Bellis (Wendy) of Cheyenne; his mother Melita Bellis of Cheyenne; his siblings, Linda Thyarks (Barney) of Cheyenne and Steve Bellis of Cheyenne; and his grandsons, Nolan, Garrett Sutter and Warren Bellis.
