The passing of Joyce Elizabeth Preston (Cheyenne, Wyoming) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 84. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Powhatten and Alice Elizabeth Clark (Stevens); her brothers, Kenneth Clark and David Clark; and her son-in-law Gary Andersen.
She is survived by: her uncle Pete Stevens; her siblings, James Clark and Patsy Stevens; her daughter Debra Joyce Sullivan (Clay) of Cheyenne, WY.; her pet Creek; her grandchildren, RaeLee Andersen, Rowyn, Riley Topilko, Levi and Colton Rowley; and her pet Brooke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Happy Jack Country Church (1055 WY-210, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
