She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Noel and Eleanor Noel (Reese). She is survived by: her husband Bernie Dailey; her children, Bob Dailey (Shannan) of Cheyenne, Becky Morris (Brady) of Gillette and Bill Dailey of Cheyenne; her siblings, Gene Noel (Donna) of Martin and Elaine Noel of Cheyenne; and her granddaughters, Grace and Ava. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce's name to Davis Hospice Center.
