He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Margaret Lynch; his siblings, John Devine, James Devine, Frank J. "Bounce" Devine, Mary Elizabeth Betty, Devinee Ankney and Martha Jane Devine; and his daughter Martha Ann Devine.
He is survived by: his sons, Patrick J. Devine (Carol) of Joseph, A. M, Paul C. Devine, J. Vincent Devine (Kim) and T. Luke Devine; his grandchildren, Sean Devine (Kayla), Joshua Brasel, Daniel Devine, Samuel Devine, Sarah Devine, Olivia Mae Devine and Liam Devine; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Devine and Maxwell Devine.
