John Wesley Kemper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Wesley Kemper formerly of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Leesburg, Virginia, who passed away on April 20, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kemper and Helen Kemper (Ritchie); his siblings, Harry Kemper, Robert Kemper, Jim Kemper, Dorothy Kemper and Helen Kemper Reunion; his former wife Virginia; and his daughter Anne Robey.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Aulino Kemper; his sister Lillie Kemper Payne; his children, Loni Kemper Moore, Wes Kemper and Mark Kemper; and his stepchildren, Stephen Aulino, Michelle Foster and Kim Baumbach. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
