He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowena Callahan and Joseph Callahan; and his brothers, Jim, Tim and Tom.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimn Fagervik (Dan); his grandsons, Cole and Kyle; his stepchildren, Nicole Castillon (TJ) and Corey Palmer (Teighlor); and his granddaughters, Tomi, Mikey and Tallon. He is also survived by eight nephews and ten nieces.
