He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Clay and Wana Clay (Schrader); his wife Esther; his daughter Diane Wooster; and his brothers, Harold, James and Perry.
He is survived by: his daughter Carroll VanDuyn of Cheyenne. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to these scholarship funds or to a charity of one's choice.
