She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Green and Hazel Jones Green; her husbands, Richard Bean and Eugene Cochran; her siblings, Betty Vest, Gladyce Wallace, Shirley McCrory and Milton Green; and her grandson Richard McNally.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Butler and Carol Forbes (Clayton); her grandchildren, Mark McNally (Michelle), Burgundee Baratka (James), Kenneth McFarland (Helen) and Jennifer Forbes (Ryan); her siblings, Dorothy Book, Marilyn Hogg and Harold Green; and her sister-in-law Maryann Green. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and eight great, great grandchildren.
