He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick T. Todd and Etta May Todd (Thomas); his wife Clara C. Fisher-Todd; and his former wife Betty Harris. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Maston; and his stepchildren, Bruce Fisher (Lori), Danny Fisher, Karla Brown (Jim), Julie McMullin, Cindy Brown (Todd) and Joy Hughes. He is also survived by one grandchild; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
