He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Dana and Audra; his grandchildren, Trenton, Deveraux, Raelynn, Savina, Samora and Saraya; and his siblings, Randy, Christy, Gerrie, Dawn Dee, Lisa, Tina and Amber.
