He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth E. Tomczak (Hartig). He is survived by: his father Albin Francis; his children, Dawn M. Yoast (Harold) of Lima, OH, Sabrina Adkins, Donald "Mark" Tomczak (Nica) of Cheyenne, WY, Shauna Packer (Cory) and David Tomczak (Amy); his grandchildren, MyKenzie, MyKayla, Dallin, Liam, Abigail, Caden, Kambria, Eloise, James, Sarah and Eliza; and his siblings, Ginger Warnecker, Barbara Johnson, Sue Whittington and Mike Tomczak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
