He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Garcia; his children, Arnold Garcia and Evelyn Allard; his son-in-law Tom Allard; his daughter Cynthia Garcia; and his grandchildren, Steve Garcia, Miranda Garcia, Jeremy Allard, Marijah Tafoya, Erica Sevilla, Jessica Olivares, Veronica Olivares and Amber Miears.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home (2222 Russell Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Joseph's Catholic Church (603 House Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82007). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the Olivet Cemetery W Pershing. A reception will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Hall (917 E B St, Pueblo, CO 81003).
