He was predeceased by: his wife Andrea Bowler Willard; and his son Ryan Willard. He is survived by: his brother Clayton Willard (Ed Willard) of North Carolina; and his children, Melissa Hollingshead (Ray) of Cheyenne, Trudy Kalthof of Florida, Eddie McDonald of Cheyenne and Eric King of Nebraska. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
