He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Young and Fern Young; his sister Sharon Darnell; and his granddaughters, Stephaney, Elizabeth and Victoria Prentice.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Young; his children, Trevor Young (Cherie), Lesley Prentice (Steve) and Barry Young; and his siblings, Barbara Speiser (Dale), Beverly Barclay (Duane), Kenneth Young (Diane), Joseph Young (Linda) and David Young (Judy).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Cheyenne National Cemetery (8611 Hildreth Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
