He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton R. McCoy and Georgia L. McCoy (Stoddard). He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila Duffy of Worland, WY and Stephanie Chappell (Ric) of Cheyenne; and his son Conor of Cheyenne. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and loved nieces and nephews.
