He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald V. Sr. Wagoner and Erma Lee Wagoner; and his siblings, Judy Backman and Danny R. Wagoner. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Lee Wagoner of Cheyenne; and his sister-in-law Kathy Wagoner of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
