It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Dale Owsley (Cheyenne, Wyoming), who passed away on July 21, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Donald Dale may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Tricillia Green Owsley; and his significant other Ellen Charlene Angell Owsley. He is survived by: his siblings, Sam, Betty Lou Eileen Fitch and Peggy Donalue Fisher; his child Dale Lewis Owsley; his son-in-law Phillip Mireles; his grandson Michael Kopcho; his great grandchild Eric Warren; his daughters, Cheryl Mireles of Mesa Arizona, Terry Henning (Craig) of Cheyenne, WY., Linda Kibben (David) of Cheyenne, WY. and Leslie Jenkins (Randy) of Cheyenne, WY.; and also Lewis. He is also survived by 18 grandkids; 44 great grandkids, 4 great-great grandkids, 18 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, and 4, soon to be more great-great grandchildren.
