He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Long and Hazel Long. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his siblings, Donna, George, Tom and Patricia (Rosalie); his nephews, Matthew, Mark and Jeffrey; his children, Karen Brightman (Tim), Susan Todd (Tracy), Holly Hockenbary (Aaron) and Eric Long (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Cody, Kyle, Paige, Brian, Brandon, Derek, Lance, Luke, Alyssa and Evan. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, his children, family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calvary Chapel (9209 Ridge Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
