He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Erin [Barry] Benedict; his grandchildren, Dylan Hoock and Sierra [Damian] Olaveson; his wife Joan; his son Dylan; his parents, Dennis Pierce and Ruth [Thedens] Pierce; and his siblings, Marilyn [James] Laudon, Kenneth Pierce and Paul [Arlene] Pierce. He was also cherished by his family and friends, especially his daughter, his nephews, and his grandchildren.
