She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Joseph Bluel. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Bluel of Cheyenne, Janelle Parrish (Timothy) of Cheyenne and Matthew Bluel (Tracy) of Cheyenne; her sisters, Gloria Rethke of Windsor and Shirley Vigil of Cheyenne; and her grandchildren, Logan, Matthew Jr., Elisia and Isaiah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
