He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Madrid and Dan Madrid; and his brothers, Danny Madrid and Thomas Sanchez. He is survived by: his wife Marie J. Madrid; his siblings, Irene Vice, Diana Duran, Eli Duran, Alfred Madrid and Pauline; his children, Nanette Madrid, Valarie Madrid-Gonzales (Emiliano Gonzales), Justin Madrid, Melissa Madrid (Mark Force) and Ashley Madrid (Jeremy Garcia); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Gonzales, Amanda Madrid, Charisma Valdez, Sierra Serna, Selena Madrid, Gia Madrid, Zion Recardo Tallerdy, Oz Foxx Madrid-Force and Rossi Qi Madrid-Force; and his great grandchildren, Giovanni and Adalina.
