With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee Scroggins of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Scroggins and Edith Scroggins (Campbell); his stepfather Fredrick Norris; his daughter Lynette Scroggins; and his siblings, Charles Allen, Annabelle Woodman and Sharon Crouse.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his sister Wanda Garner; and his children, David Scroggins, Jr. and Lindsy Huston. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
