She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Kuemper and Christina A. Kuemper (Huschka); her former husband Allen D. Fisher; her children, Gary Fisher, Mark Fisher and Leilani Marie Fisher; and her siblings, Ferdie Kuemper, Annie Evans, Tommy Kuemper and Isabelle Lumsden.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Howard Todd; her children, Bruce Fisher (Lori), Danny Fisher, Karla Brown (Jim), Julie McMullin, Cindy Brown (Todd) and Joy Hughes; and her siblings, Francis Kuemper and Helena Stoner. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
