She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Frazier and Jenette Frazier. She is survived by: her husband Kent; and her sister Charlotte Frazier-Pentecost (Joe). She is also survived by loving mother to her five children and a cherished grandmother to her seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Carolyn's wish was for donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization close to her heart.
