It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Fraser of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Madison, South Dakota, who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was also cherished by her brothers and sister and countless nieces, nephews, and friends.
