She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Laughlin and Coweta Laughlin of Cheyenne; and her brothers, Wayne Laughlin and Larry Laughlin. She is survived by: her children, Cathleen Wall of Cheyenne, Jon Bouldin of Cheyenne and Barbara Soden of Ashland, OH. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
