He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Contreras; and his cousin Rosy. He is survived by: his mother Rosa Contreras (Diaz); his daughter Jolee; his brother Manuel "Manny"; and his uncle Eulalio "Tio Lalo". He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
