He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ward, Barbara Barter, Leland and Ruth Young. He is survived by: his parents, Allen Barter and Laurel Barter (Young); his aunt Kara; his cousin Tory; and his siblings, Jeff, Summer, Justin and Tabby.
