He was predeceased by: his parents, Orla Allen and Furne Allen (Vosler). He is survived by: his wife Fern Allen; his son Travis Allen; his stepsons, Corey Penny (Melissa) and Brady Penny; and his siblings, Sam, Jay Allen and Julie Ruppert. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
