He was predeceased by: his parents, Concepcion Soto and Mary Isabel Soto; and his siblings, Helen Vallejo, Mary Vallejo and Albert Soto Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Jayne; his children, Jeanne Soto, Randy Soto (Valarie), Rob Soto (Tina) and Terri Wessenberg (Rich); his grandchildren, Gina Griego (Steve), Sarah Wessenberg, Stephen Wessenberg and Matthew Soto; his great grandchildren, Brenden Griego and Brianna Greigo; and his sister Margaret Sanchez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Veteran's Administration or Davis Hospice Center - Cheyenne.
